I had a warm welcome, very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff. The food was reasonably priced.

The location offered was perfect near to beach as well as fun activities for kids. The super friendly and extremely friendly staff made a good impression. The room was decent sized and cheap, there were good air-conditioning and flat screen cable TV.

The room was cheap with an exceptionally comfortable bed and the staff were accommodating. The bathroom here was newly renovated.

We were in the double room, it was cheap.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were supper friendly and extremely friendly and helpful with requests. The property's location was perfect, right near grocery store. Moreover, it's near to beach and shops, many nice restaurants, and mini golf.

King room with the shower, upstairs bedroom was ready when we arrived.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Additionally, there were areas for dogs to play in, making it a great choice for pet owners. The hotel's proximity to grocery stores and its convenient location on the cape also added to its appeal.

I think it was a very nice Motel and the room was good with a couple of exceptions.

The curtains on the front side of the room were thin enough to see through at night with the lights on and there was no shade of blinds.The bathroom door woulndn't latch because the the door latch was stuck inside the door.

The best thing was how very pleasant and exceptionally nice the staff were😀❤

I liked the townhouse and I loved the air conditioning and the ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was important to me that the inn was pet friendly. The proximity to the beaches and stores was wonderful! They do need to buy new couches for the living room. I was afraid to sit on them.

Once again, I will mention the couches in the living room. They looked like they came from a thrift store and had had many years of use. They were stained and worn.

our recent stay was amazing! Brentwood Motor Inn in South Yarmouth exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owners, Lee and Ming, were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

Shower head needs upgrading.

Walls badly soundproofed, no hairdryer or cosmetics provided - everything else was fine

I liked that the rooms were clean and it had an indoor pool.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Great value for the money, with a comfy bed, large room, and ample amenities like a hot tub and fridge. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Route 28. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our enjoyable stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
